A study to undertood the yield of corn plants, usage of land production factors i.e seed, fertilizer
and labor in relation to corn Agribisnis in Desa Masiri, Kecamatan Batauga, Kabupaten Buton. The studi
was conducted during August 2006 thirty five farmers was take as sample from 116 corn farmer. The
results showed that the production of corn farmers in Desa Masiri, Kecamatan Batauga was ranged from
1.250 – 10.000 kg-1mt or 4.775,98 kg-1ha-1mt. The land production factors were in overall, significantlly
influences and positively correlated with the corn production. Land size, fertilizer and labor were
significantly, in partial, influences the production of corn farming. In addition, seeds quality significantly
influences the production of corn farming.
