POTENSI AMPAS SAGU SEBAGAI MEDIA PERBANYAKAN JAMUR AGENSIA BIOKONTROL UNTUK PENGENDALIAN PATOGEN TULAR TANAH

Abstract

The objective this research was to examine the opportunity for exploitation of sago dregs as growth media for Trichoderma sp and Gliocladium sp .The research was conducted in the Laboratory of Pest and Disease Faculty of Agriculture Haluleo University. The research was done according to Complete Random Design, with six level of treatments: A0= control (PDA); A1= sagu dregs; A2=sago dregs+bran (1:1); A3= chaff+bran; A4= sago dregs+chaff (1:1); and A5=sago dregs+chaff+bran (1:1:1). The results indicated that the mixture of sago dregs and rice bran was a good growth media for Trichoderma sp, with highest count of the spores. In addition, the mixture of chaff and rice bran was a good growth media for Gliocladium sp.
