EFEK SISTEM OLAH TANAH DAN SUPER MIKRO HAYATI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI JAGUNG

Abstract

A study on the effect of tillage system and organic fertilizer was carried out to determinate its effect on growth and yield of corn. Experiment was arranged in split plot design with three replications. Mainplot was tillage system, consisted of no-tillage, minimum tillage and intensive tillage. Subplot was Super-Mikro-Hayati, consisted of four levels of concentrations namely 0, 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 L ha-1. Results showed that the Super-Mikro-Hayati organic fertilizer given at 4.5 L ha-1 gave the highest increase in production (5.46 ton ha-1). No tillage system and minimum tillage is more efficient and efective in corn production compound to intensive tillaging in corn planting.
