KAJIAN PENGGUNAAN PUPUK ORGANIK DALAM PENINGKATAN PRODUKSI DAN PENDAPATAN PETANI PADI SAWAH
Abstract
Adding organic matters into soil, especially with low C-organic, is meant to create sustainable agriculture system, since generally organic matters improves physical and chemical characters of soil. Soil with low organic matters was usually low in nutrient, being easily eroted and not able to retain water. This study was aimed to explore the effect of several organic an inorganic fertilizers combination on yield increase and farmers revenue. It was arranged in randomized complete block design with six treatments replicated four times. Treatments were farmer dosage of 100 kg urea + 20 kg SP-36 + 15 kg KCl per hectare; recommended dosage of 200 kg urea + 50 kg SP-36 + 50 kg KCl per hectare; 1.0 ton bokaplus + 185 kg urea + 10 kg SP-36 + 10 kg KCl per hectare; 1.0 ton Panen Mas + 170 kg urea + 20 kg SP-36 + 20 kg KCl; 1.0 ton compost + 150 kg urea + 20 kg SP-36 + 20 kg KCl and 2.0 ton fermented hay + 125 kg urea + 75 kg SP-36 per hectare. Results showed 1,0 ton Panen Mas + 170 kg urea + 20 kg SP-36 + 20 kg KCl per hectare and 2.0 ton fermented hay + 125 kg urea + 75 kg SP-36 per hectare gave highest yield of 7.19 t ha-1 and 6.68 t ha-1 each. Highest profit was also reached by those two treatments, which were Rp 4.473.500,- per hectare of fermented hay with R/C-ratio of 2.93 and Rp 4.446.000,- per hectare of Panen Mas with R/C-ratio of 2.62
