EFEK WAKTU APLIKASI ERGON SUPER PADA TEBU (SACCHARUM OFFICINARUM L.) CULTIVAR AR-05

Abstract

A research was carried out to determine the effect of application time of Ergon Super on sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) cultivar AR-05, planted during the month of June to October 2005 in ArasoE Sugarcane Plantation, Bone South Sulawesi. Experiment was arranged in randomized complete block design. Time of Ergon Super application as treatments were no Ergon Super as control, Ergon Super applications of 4.0, 4.5, 5.0 and 5.5 month after planting (map) respectively. Results shows that application of Ergon Super at 4.0map was the best compared to other treatments, in which percentage increase of 88.51, 66.67, 56.52 and 23.73% respectively in plant height, stem diameter, number of plant per section and brix content. Compared to control treatment 4.5map increased 47.73 and 15.25% on fresh cane weight and massiveness respectively.
