Research goal was to observed the responses of
growth and yield of soybean var. Wilis on
photoperiod. Research was carried out in Madura
during dry season (May to August 2006), by
Completely Radomized Design with eight levels
of light period. Result of the study showed that
soybean have good response to 10 - 12 hours
photoperiod. The shorter and longer photoperiods
had to impact to decreases number of pods and
grain yield. The ideal photoperiod of soybean var.
Wilis is 10-12 hours per day.
