KAJIAN HUBUNGAN POPULASI Glomus fasciculatum DENGAN FAKTOR LINGKUNGAN

Abstract
Researchers and practitioners attention to the
existence of Glomus fasciculatum especially to
their population existence in soil and the
correlation to environment factors is still less.
This happened because the farmer has not been
accustomed yet to use VAM fungi in their
agricultural practice. This research was used an
experimental method. Soil nutriens content, crop
nutriens content, crop yield and the amount of
G. fasciculatum spore processed by variant
analysis of randomized block design. Test of
different averages value among treatments use
Duncan test of 5% error level. Analysis result of
environment factors influencing G. fasciculatum
population growth indicated that some factors
significantly influence spore population growth
were rainfall, soil temperature, and content of N,
P, K. Among all factor, soil temperature, rainfall,
and N content have the mostly significant effect to
G. fasciculatum spore population growth.
