DINAMIKA POPULASI Ralstonia solanacearum dan Pseudomonas putida STRAIN Pf-20 DI RIZOSFER TEMBAKAU
Abstract
Research aimed to investigate population dynamics
of Ralstonia solanacearum, Pseudomonas putida
strain Pf-20 and another microorganism on tobacco
rhizosphere. The study was conducted on the Plant
Bacteriology Laboratorium of Plant Pest and Disease
Department, the Agriculture Faculty of Gadjah
Mada University, Yogyakarta. The result of the
counting of rhizosphere microorganism population
showed that Pf-20 population tended to decreasing
with time. Meanwhile, population of Rs-47
increasing at beginning and then decreasing on 20th
day. The pathogen population decreasing was
smaller than Pf-20 population which able to increase
till three orders. The population of other bacterium
and fungus indicated that there are a stable condition
till the end of observation.
