Abstract

This study, designed to estimate the current status of kalawet (Hylobates agilis albibarbis) population and to asses its habitat condition, was conducted at Natural Laboratory of Peat Forest (NLPF) Sebangan National Park, Central Kalimantan. Kalawet population was estimated using point count method based on their vocalisation in the morning, and vegetation analysis using quadrat line.
